Fresco Tea Bar, a bubble tea and sweets café, is opening a new location in New Albany, Indiana, next month. Fresco Tea Bar, which has a location at the foot of the Big Four Bridge in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is expanding after seeing increased demand in the New Albany area. Fresco Tea Bar is owned by Saera Morones, Ysha Bass and Mark Kermann. It's part of the Southern Hospitality restaurant group, which includes several different concepts in the Southern Indiana region including Union Restaurant & Gameyard, MESA and the newly launched Sangria Bar at Union.
